Accordingly, AJX does not guarantee uninterrupted security, regulatory compliance, or the prevention of security incidents. Security outcomes depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to client implementation, system configurations, operational practices, and external threat activity.  

4. Professional Services & Contracts
Any services provided by AJX are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or Master Services Agreement (MSA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.
 
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, branding, frameworks, methodologies, diagrams, and materials, is the property of AJX or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from AJX.

6. Confidentiality & Submissions
Information submitted through contact forms, email, or other website features may be treated as confidential to the extent reasonably possible. However: Website submissions do not create a client or advisory relationship Highly sensitive or confidential information should not be submitted unless explicitly requested under a formal agreement.
